My name is Kamela Salimi and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Reg #: 007164). My therapy services can be accessed in person in Guelph Oakville, Mississauga and online throughout Ontario. Sometimes life can feel chaotic/messy and lead us to becoming overwhelmed, confused and lacking a sense of direction. We may feel burdened with worry, fear or anger regarding the wellbeing of ourselves or relationships that we care about. In an effort to be helpful, family or friends may try to give advice, but that may leave us feeling even worse. This can make reaching out for support all the harder.
