Canada Zakat is a project of DawaNet. We promote Zakat. We believe that local collection & local distribution will empower Muslims in Canada and will make our country greater. We work together to make our Zakat work for our community, our neighbourhoods and our country. Our Zakat Distribution Committee rigorously examines the Zakat applications using criteria and procedures reviewed and approved by local Islamic scholars.
